You can use Notion's recurring items feature to automatically add a new item (from the database) each day.

1. Open templates (click the blue down arrow next to the blue New button)
2. Click the menu (•••) next to the @Today template
3. Select Repeat and choose Day
4. Complete the remaining fields and click Save

Once set up, a new daily row will automatically be created at your specified time.
